Shipping and Handling
If you do not see your destination listed at checkout by selecting express shipping, please contact us to calculate the shipping rate.
Please note that orders will only be dispatched after payment and delivery details have been approved. Delivery times start from the shipping date. All orders are traceable.


International shipments
We use DHL Express International and SDA as our preferred shipping company for international deliveries. Rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the customer's local government are the responsibility of the customer.

Items will be shipped from Naples (ITALY) with an official invoice stating the exact total of goods purchased in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).

Lost and damaged orders
Due to the fragile nature of the stones, we do not offer a guarantee on the stones after final delivery. This is standard industry practice. However, if your oven arrives with a cracked or broken stone, please contact us immediately and we will start a damage claim with the courier and can then ship you a new biscotto stone.
