Return policy

You may return any product ordered within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided the item is unused and in new condition.

All returns must be authorized by us prior to dispatch. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please contact us to request a return.

The shipping costs for returning orders are charged to the customer. All returns must be shipped via one of the reputable and insured Express Carriers, returns shipped via other services will be subject to brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the credit/refund you receive.

Returned items must be declared as 'Returned Goods' in the customs section of the returns label, incorrectly declared returns may incur additional charges. Please use a service that is trackable and insured as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
